Nitrogen source: The amino acid of soybean meal.

Selective chemicals: Sodium chloride, dipotassium phosphate.

Media classification: starch media,blood media.

2. SpM-NC(Nystatin) Agar

Carbon source: Dextrose

Nitrogen source: peptone

Selective chemicals: Sodium chloride, dextrose, yeast extract, agar,HiVeg peptone

Media Classification: Acidic

3.Glycerol Arginine-NC Agar

Carbon source: Glycerol

Selective chemicals: L asparagine, Dipotassium phosphate, trace salt solution, agar

Media classification: Glycerol asparagine agar base media
