Do you think affirmative action should be continued forever or should it be discontinued at some point? If you were the head of recruitment for an organization, what process could you (and your team) follow to apply affirmative action to your staffing/hiring practices?

The affirmative action should be continued and maintained always in the organization or any institutions. It should not be stopped under any condition as it may affect the work culture. Neglecting people in terms of color, race, gender, orientation, caste, disabilities and involving into the discriminatory process may hamper organizational culture.

Affirmative action should be continued to ensure the right judgment in terms of providing equal opportunities at the workplace and educational institutions, it will enhance the purpose to get equal chances by avoiding the factors of discrimination in terms of all aspects.

2nd part:

If could have got the opportunities to head the recruitment process in the organization along with the team members then it should maintain an ethical decorum considering equal employment process. The recruitment head and team members should plan for a strategy to welcome all categories of applicants also should not discriminate by color, race, gender, orientation, caste, and disabilities.

Such factors should be focused keenly in the hiring process of the organization and the employment opportunities should be more likely considering on the basis of judging talent by the skills, qualifications, and working experiences to avoiding discriminatory factors. The recruitment team should maintain the process of strict judging of talents and give equal opportunities accordingly so that the affirmative action should be highly focused and a better structure may lead to enhance the process of work functionalities.
