1) The best way to ascertain the truth is Inquisitorial trial system as in this trial system a part of the court investigates the evidence to get to know whether they are authentic. This trial system investigates the facts of a case. As part of a court aims to discover the truth of the case, so it can be said that Inquisitorial trial system would better work for finding truth as it questions the people involved in the dispute.

2) In case of role of jury, Inquisitorial trial system is superior as the jury in Inquisitorial system has many roles to play than compared to that of adversarial system. The jury in Inquisitorial system remains active and gathers evidence to solve the case.

In case of adversarial trial system, the victims and defendant both present their side of case as well as their evidence to the jury. But in case of Inquisitorial trial system, the jury gathers evidence and ask questions to the victims, defendant and witnesses. So, here role of evidence is superior in Inquisitorial trial system.
