  1. We would like to design a database to maintain information about hospital staff, including doctors and nurses, and patients at the hospital. Construct a crow’s feet diagram using the information provided. The information we need includes:
    1. Staff, including their names, addresses and social-security numbers.
    2. Patients, including their names, addresses, and the name of their insurance company.
    3. Patients are each assigned to a ward (room).
    4. Those staff who are nurses are assigned to zero or more wards. Each ward has at least one nurse assigne
    5. Those staff who are doctors are assigned to zero or more patients. Patients may or may not have a doctor assigned, and they may have more than one doctor. Patients in the same ward may have different doctors but will always have the same nurse(s).
  2. We would like to construct a database for the NHL. Using the following information, construct a crow’s feet diagram. The information is as follows:
    1. The NHL exists of many teams
    2. Each NHL Team has a name, city, coach, captain, and players
    3. The NHL keeps track of each game played between two teams on specific dates, as well as the score.
    4. Each NHL player has a first and last name, a position (center, goalie, etc.), and a hometown.
    5. Each NHL player belongs to only one team
    6. Team captains are also players
