This will be a hospital database hospital, include patients, each patient will be either inpatient or outpatient and have a unique ID, first name, last name, address, city, zip code, phone number, and room number.

Each doctor will be identified by first name, last name, work schedule, phone number, and patient assigned to.

Each department of the hospital is identified its unique title, department number, doctors who work in that department, nurses, lab work

Front desk will be identified by unique desk number, check in oatient, check out patient, bed availability, health insurance/payment plan, and generate report

In the Below ER diagram Entity use take while making diagram take entities: patient, Department, Reception, Employee, doctor, Record. and relational types: Assign, Manage . Assign use to refer the patient in department and to doctor. The department govern the cases to nurse and nurse to doctor, trainee according to minority of cases. Reception manage the record related to doctor assigned and day and date the patient refer in hospital. I&A relation uses to refer the patient to solve the complexity of ER diagram.
