A. Yes, we should be concerned if corporations don't consider cases of sexual harassment seriously.

Sexual harassment could not just be physically but mentally as well. Sexual harassment not only decreases the working efficiency of the victims, but also makes the entire office environment toxic. This toxicity would deeply affect the productivity of other employees as well.

Apart from that the victims suffer from a trauma which in most cases is hard to forget and leaves a dent in their lives. And if such a case is overlooked the torturer further gets more courage to repeat the act in the organisation but also at other places.

Q. Is it just a cost of doing business?

A. No, the cost of doing business at the expense of somebody's feelings is not worth it.

There are better ways to do business without letting victims getting hurt in the process

Q. Should corporations care?

A. Yes, the companies should care otherwise they risk losing their productive employees and their top lines and bottom lines would get severly hit.

Q. Do we make too big a deal out of these allegations?

A. The allegations in maximum number of cases are true, but in some cases people use their victim cards to frame innocent people to take revenge or just out of jealousy.

The allegations should be properly confirmed before judging people.
