1) temperature. As temperature increases, the rate of most chemical reaction increases. At lower temperatures, the rate is low. So, milk spoils slower.

2) False. The movement of molecules is same because it depends upon the temperature and not on the concentration. As the concentration increases, the number of collisions of reactant molecules per unit volume per unit time increases and hence the rate of reaction increases.
