1)There should be simple random samples, one from each of populations or treatments .

2)The samples must be independent of each other means that the subjects in one group cannot be related in any way to subjects in a second group.

3)The all populations should be normally distributed.

4)The populations should have the same variance means that  each treatment group has population variance σ2.
