I am designing a solar pv system for a Sport stadium case study.

I have made a small prototype(100W solar panel) to collect real data on the power generation and ambient temperature.

so now, what analysis can be done? is there anyway to scale up the prototype to be compared to a real case scenario?

Since your prototype collects real data on power generation and ambient temperature, the control schematic is very much comparable to an actual system. The difference between your prototype and an actual system would be the size and power ratings of the sensors and the actuators, and of course the PV array.

Once the prototype is built, the first analysis you should be doing is collect the power generation data for an interval of time(say 1 hour), with the control algorithm switched OFF (system in open loop) and again, with the control algorithm switched ON (system in closed loop). The first data collection activity will allow you to estimate the transfer function of the plant (the PV array). Once the transfer function is available, carry out the analysis for stability and the margins.

The second step will be to design the feedback control for maximum power tracking, depending on the obtained margins, and then, from the data collected with the feedback system switched ON, verify whether the control system meets the design objectives.

Note that the control system so designed is easily scalable to the actual system designed, because the bigger system will have a scaled version of input and output.
