American white blood has the colonial advancement traces because they themselves drove the Native American from their lands in order to settle there. Most of the lands were forcefully acquired from the Native Indians. They followed the same tactics with the Mexicans where they acquired Texas. It created a great tension between the US and Mexico. Mexico refused to sell the New Mexico and California which US used as a reason to go for a war and take them by force. Although some parties such as the Whig and many US citizens were against the war, US government was determined to take those lands as the Southern States also supported that notion. So, it was in one-way land grapping and illegal means to acquire the land.
