From the balanced equation we can say that

1 mole of O2 requires 2 mole of Mg so

0.10 mole of O2 will require

= 0.10 mole of O2 *(2 mole of Mg / 1 mole of O2)

= 0.20 mole of Mg

Therefore, the number of moles of Mg required would be 0.20 mole
