• Online interaction: The company regularly communicates its target customers through its official website. The official website of the company is used to maintain communication with its customers. It periodically updates products and price details on its official website that helps to interact with its customers.

• Quality product: Noon consistently offers excellent quality products to customers at a reasonable price.

• Diversity: Noon offers a diversified range of products, including electronics, fashion, beauty, baby products, kitchen products, and grocery products. It is a one-stop eCommerce platform for its target customers.

The company maintains a healthy relationship with their customers. The official website is used as a medium to interact and communicate with customers. The company regularly provides feedback to its target customers that help it to improve service.

Product diversity has allowed the company to expand its market base. Customers from all the generations, irrespective of their preferences, are the target market of the company. Fashion and beauty product lovers, homemakers, tech-savvy people, book lovers, and electronic gadget lovers are the target market. The age group of 18-45 are the target market.
