Compare/contrast Sanger sequencing, pact-bio, and oxford nanopore sequencing techniques. Sanger sequencing was the first sequencing method developed by Frederick Sanger. It is a method of first generation sequencing whereas pact-bio and Oxford nanopore are third generation sequencing methods.
