A, as graft is from genetic dissimilar organism,so immune system of recipient will detect it as foreign molecule and start to kill it so graft rejection

B, in this case ,graft will be transplanted successfully because bone marrow cell are from same individual from which we take graft ,so graft will not be think as foreign molecule by bone marrow cell so no graft rejection
