Would it be more accurate to describe supply-siders as supply-and-demanders, who object to an overemphasis on aggregate demand to the neglect of effects on incentives to produce?

It would be better and more accurate to describe supply-siders, as firms, economists and policy makers who prefer to implement supply side policies to bring economic recovery and achieve stability in the economy. But, supply-siders should not object to overemphasis on aggregate demand, because it is the demand that creates supply. So, for firms the biggest incentive is the presence of demand that is to be catered. If demand is not present, then no other incentive will work for the firms and it is already proved during the great depression of 1930s. So, Supply-siders should propose the incentives for the firms, without objective the policies for stimulating the aggregate demand.
