1. I have been using technology, for example- social media including what's app, facebook twitter and instagram to promote my small scale business. Distinguished unique apps have been designed to reach to the farthest corner of the rural pockets of the region i reside in.

It's difficult to use the technology in the same manner in rural areas in India but with the help of PRA- Participatory Rural Appraisal, we attempted to reach to the remotest prospective customer.

We are among the very few rural players using SAP in our day to day functioning.

Besides, separately designed software is used to train the new recruits and the interns who are basically college students for a period of around one and half month.

We have tried to revitalise the the old/ traditional/ ethnic/ native unorganised businesses of the previous generations of the rural communities through innovative ways and gradually getting a fine response.

It will take a bit more time as any innovation transforms through the process of diffusion and is evaluated by innovators, early adopters, early majority, late majority and the laggards.

2. The potential tech solutions can be experimented in the city of Chicago in the context of segmentation of the beneficiary.

Ideal customised solutions can be provided to enhance the comfort, convenience, feasibility to various sections / segments of society like businessmen, employees, doctors, police cops, engineers or even homemakers.

The parking services, newspaper distribution, emergency services, artistic offerings can be further improved with an initiative by the Mayor's office.
