a) For a fast food restaurant the building and machinery they are operating can be changed in the long run only.

b) Hair stylist can change its eating capacity and the area of working in the long run only.

c) School building again can only be changed in the long run only.

d) Automobile manufacture's machinery can be changed in the long run only.

These are mostly the fixed assets of the company that takes a change in the capital or involves capacity improvement of the firm can be changed in the long run only.
