The data is most likely to be "accurate, but not precise" as the the sample is large enough to calculate a data. But at the same time for precision of the data, even a larger sample is required as precision refers to the exactness and accuracy of expression or detail.

The given case is of non-independent sampling where the sample size is effectively smaller than we think. This causes the miscalculatiin of he precision of the estimates. Leaves sample are not random, rather they are dependent on other variable.
