Approach and orientation change in both ecosystem and neoclassical economy, but the ultimate niche does not change. On the other hand, manufacturing in neoclassical economics holds equal importance as light holds in the natural ecosystem. The light is the source of the power of the entire ecosystem and ecological process while manufacturing is the source of power in a neoclassical economy.
Thus, the ecosystem resembles the economic system, particularly the neoclassical financial system.
