As a business Analyst, I would not make the change proposed by the co-worker if he has not gone through the change request form. This is because as a business analyst before a change is implemented it is necessary to analyse the change and assess its impact. Yes, my answer also depends on the affects that the change might induce as the change might change the scope, budget, timeline and resourcing of the project.

Yes, as a Business Analyst it is essential to be organised and to be able to manage one's time effectively. Time management improves the efficiency of the analyst and makes sure that the work is delivered on time. It is an important skill that a business analyst should possess. Time management helps a Business Analyst to plan his/her work and also to eliminate wastage of time which is the most important resource while performing a job. Timely delivered work results in customer satisfaction.
