Value: My product i.e, Coffee will add value to the population of China as it is a product which is liked by many. We will offer many unique and satisfying coffee beverages that other competitors do not offer on a regular basis. We will also include calorie information for these specialty coffees in our menus in order to appeal to a variety of customers.
Rarity: While some coffee shops only offers specialty coffee drinks around the holidays, many local coffee shops offer these types of specialty drinks year round. This mean specialty drinks are not limited to my company.
Imitability: Considering other coffee shops are already utilizing this capability, it therefore can be imitated.
Organization: My company has organized management systems, processes, structures, and culture to capitalize on resources and capabilities.By offering a variety of options and continually changing our menu, we will look to take advantage of this capability.
