With coffee booming in China, how can businesses in China use resources from coffee effectively and will those resources be easy to manage? Please elaborate. Thank you in advance.

China was not a coffee country but with time its population developed taste to coffee with many entities such as Starbucks, Chanel, Hermes (USA) & Luckin (China) are creating huge demand through promotion, marketing and offering coffee products in combination with eatables liked by Chinese population.

However, China is not a big producer of coffee beans. Almost all of the coffee produced in China comes from the Yunnan province that produces almost 140,000 tons of coffer equivalent to 1.5% of the world production.

            The production in china is increasing but it will not be easy to manage with its high regulations and communist government. Companies thinking to use resources from coffee effectively have to work closely with producers and growers to create an environment where they as well as the growers survive and sustain together.
