Explain at least two problems of ECB mode. Please be precise, just saying “it is not secure” is not enough. If it is the case, please explain what these problems are, and why they occur.

Two problems of using ECB modes is given below:

1. It is not semantically secure, basically, this means that we can get information about the plaintext by only observing it by plain sight which makes it too obvious to crack.
2. The problem is that we are encrypting the same block of plaintext which is resulting into same size block of ciphertext which gives the attacker a chance to do brute force by merely working on a block of 8 bytes or 16 bytes which makes it crackable.
3. The repetitive pattern makes it obvious to apply to the ciphertext and get back to the plaintext.
