Before answering the question we will examine each point specifically

We have to note that routers running IOS release 15 have link local routing table entries for both IPv4 and IPv6 and thus first option is wrong.

Both IPv6 and IPv4  routing tables use directly connected interfaces, static routes, and dynamically learned routes.Thus second ooption is also wrong.

By design IPv6 is classless so as to make  effectively level 1 ultimate routes thus the third option is correct.

Therefore the answer to the above question would be
