Answer #1

The answer will be a mix for me which actually depend on the type of commodity and my budget constraints. If the new product is of essential type and provide me with better quality I would love to go for it. But if its kind of luxury or something whose consumption I can delay than I can wait and see the attitude. There are some new inventions that happens and suddenly price for that new product goes up so quickly after it launches , in that scenario it's better to wait for prices to come down and than brought the product.

What kind of consumer I am (early adapter or a wait and see person) do influence my decision making. In the first case when I m too excited for adapting something new I would go to market and bought it. And in the latter one the decision of buying that product or services would be not too fast.
