c.) Motor unit recruitment.

Motor unit recruitment is a process by which different motor units are activated to produce a type of muscle contraction, in this more motor units are activated, which will result in more muscle fiber being activated and therfore a stronger muscel contraction occurs, if only a single motor neuron is activated than it will result in weak contraction, so higher the recruitment highe will be contraction.

While cross bridge cycline is mechanism of muscle contraction in which myosin and actin form a cross bridge for a muscle contraction tpo occur

Troponin-tropomyoscin complex allows the myosin and actin to interact so that a cross bridge can form

Transverse tubules is an extension of cell membrane that penetrate into the center of skeletal and cardiac muscle
