The saying will be on different aspects. The first aspect will be to analyze the abilities of the another employee that is going to do the work of Mathieu. Employee should be capable enough to do the Mathieu's work, properly to ensure seamless transition. The second aspect, will be the time duration for that, the Mathieu's work is transferred to another employee. It should be a clear time frame so that employer can work upon some additional incentives given to the another employee so that he or she can justify with the added responsibilities. The third aspect, will be what if scenario if Mathieu comes back and ask for the work, even if another employee is doing the task in excellent manner. Will Mathieu be kept on job again, or there should be another position for him. So, I would like to discuss these aspects with the employer before the Mathieu's work is entrusted to another employee.
