n/z = 121 odd number indicates the presence of nitrogen atoms. According to nitrogen rule if the m/z for molecular ion is odd number then it is has odd number of nitrogen atoms.

So one atom is confirmed as nitrogen.

The relative intensity 3:1 indicates the presence of chlorine atoms

For bromine atom the relative intensity is 1:1

Therefore, the remaining two elements are nitrogen and chlorine.
