Variable cost = (Cost at highest activity - Cost at lowest activity) / (Highest activity-Lowest activity)

= (166320-106920)/(3520-1320)

= 27

Total Cost = Variable + Fixed

166,320 = (3520*27) + Fixed

Fixed = 71,280
