Harvard university is defendent to all the cases where a prospective student who applied to the university believes that he /she has been discriminated against because of his /her ethnicity or race, and some other applicants who were non asians, and did not have better credentials than them were preferred due to the biased policy. All such victims of this policy who brought lawsuit against the university are plaintiffs, and university is defendant.
