In the worst case,assume we get all Yellow balls in first 12 draws.

Next, in the worst case,assume we get all Red balls in next 14 draws.

So, from 27th draw, we will start getting all 3 colors.

Thus, the minimum of balls that must be pulled in order to guarantee that at least one ball of every color is pulled = 27
