Burette or Graduated Pipette.

As we are supposed to measure 10 ml of solution up to an accuracy of 0.01 mL. this much accuracy could be achieved only using burette or graduated pipette having least count of 0.01mL, because graduated cylinder and beakers are not so precised that they can measure such a small volume accurately.
