Lodging and food service industry is ever growing and focuses on gaining high revenues and largest customer base. They are reluctant to change from a traditional modes of operation to green practices, because, they are so busy in meeting the customers need and enhancing their experience and increasing the profitability. They don't consider green practices as important or having any influence over their growth. They try to improve their services and quality to match the expectations of the customers, but don't consider being corporate citizens.
