The following are two perceptions of time:

1. Subjective to experience of individual as per the value of time
2. The duration of the time spent perceived by the individual.

The former helps utilize time to the fullest. Due to the time difference in different countries, communication has to be scheduled appropriately. Thus, time is crucial for ensuring information sharing and facilitating communication.

The latter helps format the communication matter. Such that the duration used for communication is fully utilized and desired results are obtained.
