(b) Use a very small aperture

(d) Shake the camera
(e) Cover the top or bottom half of the lens
Only aperture of camera plays role decide whether the background will be in focus or out of focus . If we use large aperture the background and foreground will remain out of focus and object in front will be in focus and if we are using small aperture the background and foreground will also be in focus.
So answer will be option C, use the largest aperture possible.
Rest of the option are eliminated just because it is role of aperture only.
