Training programs not evaluated:

After a successful hiring process from the company side, the employees are being scheduled for the purpose of training to get acquainted with the organizational process of work. The training programs are basically organized by the managerial department and it always remains the ultimate goal of the employer to make an employee fit to take the challenging task.

The organization has several types of work demands and to fulfill those trainings are being provided quite faster so that the vacant place can immediately be filled up. In doing so, it becomes difficult to measure training programs for the organization's side.

Taking an example of a BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) sector, in this particular sector, there remains a huge demand of clients to serve them better. The associates are being recruited and the training process is being initiated to them so that they can join the work at the earliest possible time. The prior setting of processes is being organized for training purposes and throughout several periods it is being followed.

But, it needs an evaluation of the training guidelines and effectiveness to ensure organizational goals are correctly driven. Otherwise, the work delivery may get hampered and client satisfaction may not be achieved. The prime reason that most of the training programs are not being evaluated as in every sector there remains an urgent requirement of manpower. To faster engagement of employees the human resource management overlooks certain areas of training for correct evaluation.

Evaluation requires sorting out of the areas to be improved for obtaining company goals, the advancement of learning, and change of objective on the process of undertaking training. It is a bit time-consuming matter that may result to hold the training process in the organization. Another major aspect is that as there remain bulks hiring of the candidates, so it becomes difficult to conduct skill assessments after the training process gets over. Due to such reasons training programs are not being evaluated and it moves on in the same fashion.

These are some of the reasons for such intent training programs evaluation never being occurred as to faster process employees to undertake the task that resulting to affect the sustainability factor in the industry.
