Internal organizational analysis helps an organization to achieve competitive advantage in the race of competitive organizations. For example, If , an organization like Apple will work on its core competencies and SWOT goals then it will lead the global markets. In SWOT analysis , strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats will be decided with experienced top management or operational level managers. Generally, strategy, structure and leadership orientation will be utilized to analyze the internal strengths of an organization. Many organizations face challenges of hiring talented manpower or CEOs . Cultural differences play important role in creativity and innovation dynamics across the organization. A leading organization works on human resource development programs.
