Entropy is the degree of randomness or disorderness of a system , so forming a ordered network will decrease the entropy of water.

And the molecules that lack polar groups cannot readily form micelles as it is the polarity that orients the hydrocarbon chain into micelles , so without the polar groups , it would be difficult.

Nonpolar molecules that have no polar groups (e.g. hydrocarbons) can readily form micelles.
