1. Please describe your ideal education and credential that you think would qualify you to work with the population (specialty) you hope to build your business/career around. Then describe the “Elevator Speech” version of the Scope of Practice as it applies to you.
2. Then choose an area of research and/or ethical/legal issue that you would like to see addressed and why. For example, should a personal trainer without sufficient education, credentialing, training, and experience be able to work with a senior adult who has several CVD risk factors, type 2 diabetes, one (or more) joint replacements, and takes 5 or more prescription medications?

The ideal education and credential requirements for the profession like project management trainer, those are described below step by step:

• The project management trainer must have proven background of both project management knowledge, Experience in one or different industrial sectors like IT, IT Enabled services, and Manufacturing, supply chain, further, the trainer must have gone through Initiation, Planning, executing and monitoring, controlling and closure of project,
• The project management trainer must have excelled with certification program like PMP by Project Management Institute, and or other qualification like M.S and Phd in Project Management or any relevant,
• Hours of project management experience also another important features and continuous practice in the profession of trainer will help him or her to gain practitioner skills,
• Further Project management trainer should be habituated with Project simulation approach, project case study approach, Dynamic approach, Model based approach, integrated approach and create the training session which should be much friendly and include Graphic user interface or GUI
• Again trainer should use various project management tools and software tools, which will help aspirants to know more realistic application about the project management and various reporting and tracking features of MS Project and Primavera,

Following are the ethical issues should be addressed to become project management trainer:

• The trainer should be having vast experience and consistent practitioner in the same field, then he will be able to drive the training in more effective and dedicated way,
• The trainer should work on developing various strategy which will help aspirants to pass the exam in first attempts,
• The trainer should not tell any abusive and fake commitments, information during or before delivering the project management training,
• Further trainer should be approved or authorized, thus, aspirant can get attach with the trustworthy communication process,

All above are important, as violating the ethics has negative impact on project management community and people may lose the trust on effect and application of project management in profession, thus, ethical issues should be addressed and identified at the beginning stage, thus, it should not hamper the profession of project management,
