According to me, the conditions for work environment should be that everyone should help in maintaining a positive and good working environment so that the environment should not loose its professionalism because in an organization a professional environment is must at any cost because it helps in good and efficient working of the organization.Thus,strict rules must be made so that everyone should help in making such an environment.

Some rules also have to be made with regard to equipments, materials because these things are an asset of the organization and everyone needs to take care of all these things very seriously.Also,everyone working should be very serious regarding the procedures of organization because procedures are made for achieving the goals and objectives.Thus anyone found disobeying these rules should be penalized.
