US is a developed economy. It has achieved saturations on various fields that require provisioning by government such as infrastructure creation projects. Thus the nature of fiscal expenditure is that of transfers for social security mainly. This will not help economy since no direct production activity takes place. Thus will only further burden the government pocket even more and severe the deficits.
