Personal Health Records (PHRs) is a tool that which was used to collect and share our health information. By this health records we can track our health issues and information about ourselves. Many of the personal health records are online based and these pages are created by the patients. Not only for the storing purpose but some of the PHRs provide services like messages between the patients and medical providers.
According to my online survey PHRs are differed from the health record bank. PHRs are created and maintained by the patient regarding their health but health record banks are maintained by some of the hospital management very confidentially.
