=P(2 senior from 5 and 2 junior from 7)=(5C2)*(7C2)/(12C4) =10*21/495 =14/33

probability they were both born with polydactyly =(1/500)*(1/500)=0.000004

P(have it |tested positive) =P(have and tested positive)/P(tested positive)

=(1/10000)*0.93/((1/10000)*0.93+(1-1/10000)*0.04)=0.0023
