  1. Describe the process by which greed, absent sexism or bigotry on the part of business owners, can lead to the reduction in wage gaps between men and women and between whites and nonwhites.

The reduction of such gap could only be possible if there is a greed offered to the business owners.

The process is to implement a lucrative offer to owners if they satisfy certain norms – suppose a 2% tax cut could be implemented if they can establish fair wages (without any gap). Men and women (so as to whites and non-whites) working in the same field must get equal salary.

The fear of punishment (through law) to business owners may not reduce wage gap, because it makes them finding ways how to manipulate such law. But when there is an offer, they must feel utilizing it; therefore, greed can make this happen.
