2.
Billy hires Bob to move Billy's office furnishings and equipment from Billy's old office to his new office. Since his furnishings are being moved, Billy figures this would be a good time to take a vacation so he heads to the Bahamas. Bob successfully moves all of Billy's office furnishings and equipment with the exception of one 52 inch flat screen tv. While moving Billy's items, Bob noticed that Billy had several such tvs and figured Billy wouldn't notice one missing. Billy figures out that Bob did not deliver one of his tvs and calls the police. What crime did Bob commit?
A. embezzlement |

B. trespass |
|
C. robbery |
|
D. burglary |
|
E. larceny |
1) C) If he intended for Barney to break his wrist.
Although Fred pushed Barney with anger, but he didn't mean to hurt him. Barney got disbalanced and broke his wrist but Fred didn't had any intention to do it. So, in this case Fred may not be liable for this incident.
2) E) Larceny.
It is when a property is being carried away illegally i.e. stealing someone else's property. Here, Bob stole a flat screen tv from Billy. This is called larceny. It would not be considered as robbery as there was no threatening or forcefully taking the asset away. Also, embezzlement is not correct as it mostly includes in taking cash or money.
Hope this helps :)
