Answer #1

Ans 1) Work environment conditions cannot always be favorable in an organization. There are certain situations where changes become challenging. For example poor relationships among the employees, non coordination, resistance to change method of working, non equity and many other such reasons can be held responsible for unfavorably effecting the working environment of an organization.

The same may effect the transfer of training program since unless there is a healthy working atmosphere such programs cannot be implemented successfully. So here are some ways in which the likelihood of transfer of training can be increased:

  • Firstly, there must be an efficient management system to look after such training programs.
  • Secondly, the trainees must be encouraged to self learn the skills required for transfer in any situation.
  • Thirdly, the trainees should be taught to adapt themselves in any adverse situation.
