It is very important that alignment is in place because strategy is the result of many steps and each step’s output act as the input for other steps hence it becomes very important that everything is aligned in a way that the project can meet its deadline and strategies in place can be executed to deliver the expected results.

People factors could be right skilled people at right job and adequate training to those employees to achieve the business goals.

If the management style is autocratic then it means all the decisions are made by the top management and employees are not consulted and hence democratic style would include better feedback and hence better mechanism to implement things.

Management should include department heads as well before formulating any strategy so that much more informed decisions can be taken which is beneficial for the company as well as individuals.
