As per the policy of Chegg, I am supposed to answer the first part of the question. I hope you will find the answer to other questions as well.

People management refers to the process of identifying talented human resources, talent hiring, and retention of such talent as well in the organization. It covers human resource management by encouraging, training, guiding and retaining the people at work. this can be done by looking at how people work, behave and develop themselves while working. people management issues arise when the manager or the leader finds it difficult to manage the team or individual worker in the organization. Such issues can arise due to the following reasons:

  1. Manager's inability to hire the right person at the right job at the right time.
  2. Dissatisfaction among workers regarding job and remuneration patterns.
  3. When any conflict arises among employees of the same department or different departments as well.
  4. when appropriate training and knowledge is not provided to the employees by the leader.

Importance of IT in Human resource and management is as follows:

  1. It helps in the effective recruitment process by conducting virtual interviews that include e-learning and self-service human resource.
  2. The mangers and leaders can effectively train their team members with the help of information technology.
  3. The manger can use IT to inform, communicate and evaluate the performance of the employees. feedback can also be obtained from the employees by the managers with the help of an effective IT system.
  4. It records the requirements of the employees and the society for the formulation of fo strategies accordingly.
  5. It helps in the idea generation by providing the necessary suggestions given by the employees to the top authority.

The answer is complete, accurate and best in my knowledge. If you find this information and explanation useful, Kindly give a thumbs-up for more encouragement. Thank you!
