Answer #2
v=u+at
=> a = -21/5 = -4.2 m/s^2
s = ut + 0.5at^2
= 21x5 - 0.5x4.2x5^2
= 105-52.5 =52.5 m

Answer #3

final velocity=0 m/s
so, 0=21+a(5)
acceleration a = -4.2 m/s2

distance travelled = (21*5)+(1/2)(-4.2)(52)

=52.5 m
