shoulder at x = .225meters
bat at .67meters

hand (moments about shoulder = 0)
1.1 (9.8)(.67 - .225) = Fh(.225)
Fh is down

shoulder (moments about hand = 0)
1.1(9.8)(.67) = Fs (22.5)
Fs is up
